HRD Cell

Functions

Human Resource Development (HRD) cell of Institute is mandatory as per ICAR guidelines and has been formed with the objectives to enhance organizational scientific and technical skills keeping pace with latest development of research in the field of pulse-based or related latest technologies available worldwide and ensuring the best work output of the staff.

The Institute facilitates employees training both national and International levels with limited funds available for this purpose. The HRD committee of the Institute is assigned to explore the possibilities of availability of the trainings in related fields, evaluation of the eligibility of nominated candidates for national and International trainings, visits, seminar/conference/symposia at different places and expedite the matter of deserving candidates for training under consideration for final approval from the competent authority of the Institute.
